CO₂ Booster Station
CO2 Booster Station is a form of piston type booster pump with compressed air as the power source. It employs the low pressure gas of large area piston end to drive and produce high pressure fluid of small area piston end, so that the pressured CO2 is pressurized according to a specified proportion. The output pressure can be adjusted steplessly by altering the pressure of driving air. Application: ideal for CO2 pressurization and transportation.
Technical Features of CO₂ Booster Station
01.
Automatic Pressure Regulation
The system has automated pressure holding: when the outlet pressure reaches the predetermined threshold, the air booster pump quits operating to preserve energy. Should the output pressure drop below the set value, the system automatically compensates to maintain a stable and consistent pressure.
02.
User-Friendly Operation
Precise pressure control is easily obtained by simple modification of the inlet pressure, allowing effortless operation and process optimization.
03.
Integrated Heating Module
The cabinet is equipped with a heating system to minimize frost accumulation on external pipeline surfaces, ensuring steady operation and better system longevity.
